2007 Membership Classifications

Voting Memberships with one (1) per membership
A $25.00/month Food & Beverage Minimum Spending is required and not included in the Dues pricing.
Golf Dues will be billed annually in Nine (9) equal installments, (January - September). Golf Dues may be paid in full by Jan 15th. There will be no early discounts because of reduced dues. No pool privileges are included with the golf memberships.
 

INDIVIDUAL
$996.00 or $110.67/month

This membership entitles one (1) individual use of the golf course and clubhouse.

FAMILY
$1476.00 or $164.00/month

This membership entitles two (2) adults residing at the same address use of the golf course and clubhouse.

FAMILY & CHILDREN
$1728.00 or $192.00/month

This membership entitles two (2) adults and their children, up to eighteen (18) years of age, twenty-three (23) if a full-time student and residing at the same address, use of the golf course and clubhouse.

INDIVIDUAL, 70 & Over + 15 Years
$804.00 or $89.34/month

This membership entitles one (1) individual, who was 70 or older before January 1, 2007 and has been a member of Park Hills for fifteen (15) or more consecutive years, use of the golf course and clubhouse.

FAMILY 70 & OVER + 15 Years
$1200.00 or $133.34/month

This membership entitles two (2) adults, residing at the same address, provided one individual was 70 or older before January 1, 2007 and has been a member of Park Hills for fifteen (15) or more consecutive years, use of the golf course and clubhouse.

INDIVIDUAL, 35 & UNDER
$804.00 or $89.34/month

This membership entitles one (1) individual, thirty-five(35) years old or less on January 1, 2007, use of the golf course and clubhouse. 

FAMILY, 35 & UNDER
$1104.00 or $122.67/month

This membership entitles two (2) adults, both being 35 years old or less on January 1, 2007 and residing at the same address, use of the golf course and clubhouse. 

FAMILY, 35 & UNDER & CHILDREN
$1296.00 or $144.00/month

This membership entitles two (2) adults, both being 35 years old or less on January 1, 2007 and their children up to eighteen (18) years old, twenty-three if a full-time student and residing at the same address, use of the golf course and clubhouse. Children are limited to golf at posted times.
