NON-VOTING GOLFING MEMBERSHIPS

No voting privileges and a $25.00/month minimum food & beverage spending is required and is (not) included in the dues pricing.

Introductory Golf Memberships are those that are valid only for the first year of a new membership.

INTRODUCTORY INDIVIDUAL
$792.00 or $88.00/month

This membership entitlesone (1) individual use of the golf course and clubhouse.

INTRODUCTORY FAMILY
$852.00 or $94.67/month

This membership entitles two (2) adults, residing at the same address, use of the golf course and clubhouse.

INTRODUCTORY FAMILY & CHILDREN
$1008.00 or $112./month

This membership entitles two (2) adults and their children, up to eighteen (18) years old, twenty-three (23) if a full-time student and residing at the same address, use of the golf course and clubhouse.

NON-VOTING POOL MEMBERSHIPS
All Pool memberships must be paid either in full or in five (5) consecutive payments, beginning January 2007.

INDIVIDUAL POOL (New)
$300.00 or $60.00/month (Jan-May)

This membership entitles one (1) individual use of the pool and clubhouse.

COUPLES POOL (New)
 $372.00 or $74.40/month (Jan-May)

This membership entitles two (2) adults, residing at the same address, use of the pool and clubhouse.

FAMILY POOL (New)
$450.00 or $100.00/month (Jan-May)

This membership entitles two (2) adults and their children up to eighteen (18) years old, twenty-three years old if a full-time student and residing at the same address, use of the pool and clubhouse.

FAMILY POOL w/GOLF (New)
$408.00 or $81.60/month (Jan-May)

This membership entitles two (2) adults and their children up to eighteen (18) years old, twenty-three years old if a full-time student and residing at the same address, use of the pool and clubhouse provided one (1) adult is also a golfing member.

NON-VOTING MEMBERSHIPS

SOCIAL
$150.00 (Jan)

This membership entitles individuals and families, as defined above, use of the clubhouse only. Use of the golf course is limited to ten (10) times per year at the current greens fee rates. Full payment is due in January 2007.

STUDENT GOLF
$275.00 (No Food or Beverage Minimum)

This membership entitles one (1) individual under the age of twenty-three (23) and actively enrolled as a full-time student use of the golf course only and at posted times. Pool and clubhouse privileges are not included. Payment is due in full before using the course.
FOOD& BEVERAGE ASSESSMENT OBLIGATION NOT INCLUDED
