Voting Golfing Memberships with one (1) vote per membership
A $25.00/month Food & Beverage Minimum Spending is required and (not) included in the Dues pricing.
Golf Dues will be billed annually in Nine (9) equal installments, (January - September). Pool privileges (are) included with the 2012 golf memberships. Golf dues paid in full by December 31, 2011 will receive a 6% of dues in coupons for free cart rides!

*A Credit Card must be kept on file and kept current for charging privileges!

INDIVIDUAL
$1314.00 or $146.00/month

This membership entitles one (1) individual unrestricted use of the golf course, clubhouse and pool. Family pool additional at $200.00.

FAMILY
$1863.00 or $207.00/month

This membership entitles two (2) adults and their children, up to eighteen (18) years old; twenty-three (23) years old if a full-time student, residing at the same address use of the golf course, clubhouse and pool!

INDIVIDUAL, 70 & Over + 15 Years
$1080.00 or $120.00/month

This membership entitles one (1) individual, age 70 or older before January 1, 2012 and has been a member of Park Hills C.C. for a minimum of  fifteen (15) or more years, use of the golf course, clubhouse and pool! Family pool additional.

FAMILY 70 & OVER + 15 Years
$1539.00 or $171.00/month

This membership entitles two (2) adults, residing at the same address, provided one individual is 70 or older before January 1, 2012 and has been a member of Park Hills C.C. for a minimum of fifteen (15) or more years, use of the golf course, clubhouse and pool!

INDIVIDUAL 35 & UNDER
$927.00 or $103.00/month

This membership entitles one (1) individual, thirty-five (35) years old or less on January 1, 2012, use of the golf course, clubhouse and pool! Family pool additional.

Family 35 & UNDER
$1539.00 or $171.00/month

This membership entitles two (2) adults, residing at the same address, who are 35 years old or less on January 1, 2011 and their children, use of the golf course, clubhouse and pool!
